False Police Report Filed by "X" 04-16-01

On 04-16-01 Mr. DePinto responded to HQ to report that Mrs. DePinto had taken their three children to an unknown location in North Carolina. Mrs. DePinto sent Mr. DePinto an E-Mail stating she had taken the children to North Carolina and he will never see them again. There is currently a child custody order #FD-15-1205-01-N issued on 03-23-01 in which Mrs. DePinto has custody. A copy of the e-mail sent to Mr. DePinto was placed into property. Mr. Depinto advised he will be contacting the Prosecutors Office. Footnote: The e-mail that was fwd. to the prosecutors office was proven in court to have been created by John Depinto after he "broke in the the e-mail account of Valerie". It was also proven in court to be completely fabricated by Mr. Depinto. Valerie was able to prove in court that the E-mail that Mr. Depinto filed these charges with was created, sent, received, and printed from Mr. Depinto's personal home home computer. No charges were ever filed against Valerie in this matter. Mr. Depinto was NEVER charged with Purgery, or filing false charges.
