Victim states that the defendant repeatedly calls her trying to work things out. Is in violation of TRO.

 

 

On 04/28/01 at 18:08 I responded to xxx Greenwood Loop RD. in references to a violation of T.R.O. Upon my arrival I spoke to  the complaintant Valerie DePinto. Mrs. DePinto produced a T.R.O. ( FV-15-002290-01 ) which was signed by Judge Foster on 04/25/01.  This T.R.O. prohibited her husband, John DePinto, from calling her and harassing her.  Mrs. DePinto stated that her husband has been calling her on her cell phone for the last two days.  She advised me that he stated that he wants to work things out with her.  She advised me that he calls repeatedly at all hours of the day.  Mrs. DePinto was advised of complaint procedures.
