On 06-05-01 Valerie DePinto responded to Brick Twp Police Dept. in reference to a violation of F.R.O. Docket # FV-15-002290-01.

  DePinto states that since April 25, 2001 her husband John DePinto has been verbally

harassing her via. telephone in violation of F.R.O. Docket # FV-15-002290-01

  V. DePinto was granted a Final R.O. on April 25, 2001 by Honorable Vincent J. Grasso, PJFP and defendant John DePinto was served May 2, 2001.  John DePinto and Valerie DePinto had a T.R.O. prior to the Final R.O. 

  V. DePinto stated that her husband has been harassing her by stating that "he is going to kill her and the three children."

  V. DePinto also states that her husband is currently seeking Mental Health Treatment.

  V. DePinto was advised of Complaint Procedures.
