Mrs. DePinto responded to headquarters to file a report for assault, that occurred yesterday.

Mrs. Depinto responded to 111 Younger Street to pick-up her children from her husband.  Her sister-in-law was at the residence and words were exchanged by both parties. 

Suspect then slapped the victim in the left arm causing arm to bleed and turn black and blue.  Suspect then fled the area in her vehicle, a 2001 Pontiac Gran Am, red in color.

Victim advised of proper comp procedures.

Mrs. DePinto is currently separated from her husband and going through the process of divorce procedures.  The suspect her sister-in-law is upset over this and this is why the alterations occur.  Victim is afraid of suspect at this time for fear of being assaulted every time she runs into her.

Victim was advised to go to county to get a restraining order in Toms River.
